I am a data enthusiast with experience building end-to-end pipelines, predictive models, NLP systems, and scalable cloud workflows. I have worked across industry, research labs, and government organisations, using ML to solve problems in education, healthcare, telecommunications, and public policy.

My work spans supervised/unsupervised learning, data engineering, model deployment, and AI-driven analytics. I also have published academic work and continue to contribute to applied ML research.

Bell Canada - Data Engineering Developer

• Built data pipelines in GCP and SAS migrating 10M+ customers to Bell’s new Contact Centre AI Platform.
• Fine-tuned voice-transcription models and built regex pipelines for sensitive-data redaction.
• Developed anomaly-detection using Isolation Forest & statistical thresholds.
• Built a code translation model using Vertex AI to convert SAS ETL workflows to GCP pipelines.

• MajorMatch.ai uses academic strengths, interests and Big Five personality profiles to provide compassionate, data-backed major recommendations.
• Helped over 500 high school students with comprehensive AI-generated reports that reduced mismatch risk and improved clarity in stream selection.
• Received a certificate of appreciation from SD Public School and launched a public website to share guidance resources.
